Product and service design

I have plenty of experience helping companies to create and execute product strategies that align with their business goals and user needs. I’m skilled at analysing market trends, user needs, and competitive landscapes to spot gaps and opportunities for growth. My blend of creative and strategic thinking enables me to come up with new and effective ideas that connect with users and drive great business outcomes.

But just planning isn’t enough to solve customer problems. That’s why I dive into hands-on creation, turning concepts into reality. I use my expertise in user experience, interaction design, persuasion design, brand design, and UI design to lead teams in building impactful products and experiences.

Innovation workshops get me fired up. I thrive on leading collaborative workshops, design sprints and design studios that bring together diverse teams, often from various disciplines and backgrounds, to generate creative ideas, solve complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.

Redesign products

I have led successful overhauls of existing products that have resulted in significant improvements to their overall performance. My expertise lies in thoroughly evaluating and reimagining every aspect of a product to better align with business objectives and user needs, stay current with market trends, and improve overall usability and design.

Through my expertise in experience design and branding, I ensure that every element of the product is visually appealing and effectively drives user engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty.
